The hotel and room were clean. This venue was set in a central area really close to restaurants and the centre of Tulum and the beach. It also was eager to help you with everything.

I loved that it was clean and modern, the staff were super-friendly and rooms were amazing. The location was stunning and particularly good there, close to everything. I had some drinks at La Negra Tomasa, positioned 700 feet away.

Place was incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with nice showers and a balcony, as example. The location for Tulum was marvellous and stunning, just off beautiful Tulum and the garden area by the pool, which is lovely and restaurants.

The friendly and sincere staff will ensure that your stay is peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas that offer shade in the hot sun.

The only minor issue that some guests might have is that the venue can get a bit noisy in the evening with live entertainment and music playing on the rooftop bar. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. The exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, really gave us a high-end experience. The room advantages were impeccable and the private facilities were a real treat. The restaurant was amazing and the special diet menus were very accommodating as well. Everything about this hotel screamed five-star quality.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of visible prices for drinks at the bar/lounge area. However, this was quickly resolved when we asked the staff.

We were warmly welcomed by Ana, the morning receptionist, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, perfect for our girl group. The food and drinks at the hotel were delicious, and we regret not eating there more often. The location was great, being quiet but still within walking distance of everything. it was excellent value for the price!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff provided excellent customer service, giving us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore everything Tulum has to offer, including popular attractions like Xel ha park and the cenotes. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily room service and strong internet connection. The hotel also had bike rentals, which saved us money on transportation. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Tulum. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable without compromising on quality. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. Whether it was recommendations on what to do in the area or assistance with basic amenities, they were always there to assist. The rooms were also of a high standard and kept very clean. I particularly loved the balcony that came with our room, perfect for enjoying the warm Tulum weather. Lastly, the breakfast included was a nice touch. It offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.
